I had a mixed experience during my stay at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. The location is perfect, being right next to Grand Indonesia mall, but I found the room a bit outdated and the service inconsistent. While some staff were very friendly and helpful, I encountered a few issues during check-in and had some delays during my meals, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a nice stay due to the amenities and hospitality, but there's definitely room for improvement.
